Today is the first day you can request an absentee ballot.

Here is the link to request a ballot: https://sos.iowa.gov/elections/pdf/absenteeballotapp.pdf You can fill this out and mail it or drop in off.

Please note that the request must be received with all the needed information. You can pick up a request from the auditor’s office
